Monthly Introductions
Introductions to the Alexander Technique take place once a month. They last one and a half hours, are limited to four participants.

Please fill out this form indicating your date preference. After I receive your information, I will contact you to complete your reservation.
The introductions are free, but in order to accommodate as many people as possible, I ask for a confirmed reservation. Please be prepared to send a check for € 25 to hold your place. Your check will be returned to you on the day of the introduction. Checks are NOT cashed unless you fail to follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 24 hours before the introduction: Your check will be returned to you.
Less than 24 hours notice: Your check will be returned only if I can replace you from the waiting list or you send someone in your place.
No-shows: Your check is cashed.
