Introduction to the Technique
Introductions to the Alexander Technique take place once a month. They last one and a half hours, are limited to four participants. At € 25, they're an inexpensive way to see if the Technique is for you. Reservations are required.

In order to be fair to everyone who wants an introduction, I ask for a € 25 check to hold your place. Checks are not cashed until after the introduction.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 48 hours before the introduction: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice: Refunded only if I can replace you from the waiting list or you send someone in your place.
No-shows: Not refunded.
